Like a gaze into a field, back and front pinch
Hold "the line", the work at the front of the body. That sometimes tickles and makes you wanna pee or sneeze.
This line refers to a subtle neural pathway running along the front of the body and into the organs. Light touches or pressure here can trigger surprising sensations—like tickling or a sudden urge to sneeze or pee—because it directly interacts with nerves that carry signals to and from our visceral core. By becoming aware of this sensitive corridor, we begin to see how deeply our internal organs and nervous system are connected to our external sensations.
When we “hold” this line, we invite ourselves to stay present with these subtle signals. It’s not about tightening muscles, but about keeping an open channel between mind and body, allowing us to sense what’s happening in our affected organs, such as gut(s), pee cannal, heart, plexus, and lungs. This gentle awareness can integrate scattered feelings, helping us remain rooted in our physical center. In this way, holding the line fosters a unified experience of self, from the inside out.
