You may need “substance” to power your actor self, your alive self…
You can find how to enable the endocrine system with the other systems.
The endocrine system is a group of glands that release hormones. These hormones control many things, like your mood, energy levels, and how your body uses food. To keep hormones balanced, eat healthy meals with protein (like beans or lean meat), good fats (from avocados or nuts), and complex carbs (whole grains, fruits, vegetables). Sleep is also critical because certain hormones peak during deep rest. Avoid too much stress by trying simple relaxation techniques, such as slow breathing or gentle stretching. Staying hydrated helps carry these important chemical messengers throughout your body.
Your body also uses three main energy systems. The first (ATP-PC) gives short, quick energy for about ten seconds (like sprinting). The second (glycolytic) takes over for up to two minutes of effort (like fast dancing). For anything longer, the aerobic system uses oxygen to burn carbs and fats. Regular exercise—mixing short bursts with steady movement—keeps all systems strong. Combine this with balanced meals and good rest to maintain steady energy, healthier hormones, and peak performance on stage or in everyday life.
